consultants on the team already. Structuring business and family
strategic options is a dynamic process. Therefore, we have
developed a system that has proven both time efficient and
worthwhile.
►We meet with our prospective new client to develop a sense for
what he/she is trying to achieve. This initial meeting gives us
a chance to better understand your business, your concerns,
strengths and weaknesses, and gives you the opportunity to ask
any questions about us.
►Post meeting we review your past financial statements and tax
returns to learn more about how your business operates, noting
revenue streams, cash flow, and cost structures. This gives us
the information we need to brainstorm on how we can improve your
position in the marketplace.
►In view of your goals and current status within your industry
and marketplace we will communicate our preliminary assessment
to the owner, management and any relevant outside advisor.
►After thorough and frank discussions with all parties, we will
prepare and present our final recommendation for implementation
at your Company. |
